Our attorney, Victor Guzman, is a survivor of the September 11, 2001 attacks. On that terrible morning, he was working on the 85th floor of the World Trade Center. He managed to scale down 85 floors and escape without injury, though he carries with him the full impact of that tragic day, often thinking of the many heroes who died trying to save people like him. As did so many other Americans, Mr. Guzman felt a profound change come over him after the attacks. He realized that he had been working too hard, spending too much time away from his family. Soon after the attacks, the company he was working for at the time, Ohrenstein and Brown, had to move to a location far from his home. He decided that he simply could not take the time away from his family that would be required for such a long commute. Instead, he moved to Middletown, set up private practice in Newburgh, and now helps the people of the Hudson Valley area with legal issues involving Criminal Law, Family Law, Personal Injury Law, Real Estate Law, and all other legal matters.
